Bringing Boat to Event
Please contact Event Chair prior to registering to make sure we need your boat. Used for Boat Owner Bringing a Boat to the Event. Boat owner bringing a guest to an event must be the same person designated on the membership application as the "spouse or significant other" indicated by their "bundled membership" and must be the boat owner's co-driver for the event. This person will pay $30 for the event fee as the guest of the boat owner for the full membership year. Contact Event Chair to manually apply credit for co-driver who is not participating in water-sports.

Used for Chair & Co-Chairs (non boat owners) to register for the event. For 2022 Co-Chairs pay $30/event

Event Overview: Whether you ski or wakeboard, join us on FRIDAY, 9/16/22 on the Delta waterways, meeting at 9AM at Discovery Bay Marina.

NOTE: All participants must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and boosted. All event participants regardless of vaccination status are strongly encouraged to take an Antigen Home Test ideally the morning of an event, or at a minimum, the night before an event to validate they are currently Covid-19 negative. Please do not participate if you have ANY signs of illness.

Some Boat owners may request only participants who can show proof of a negative test that day to be assigned to their boats. You may be asked to be placed on one of these boats. Please be prepared to show a picture of your negative test strip if requested by a boat owner that day.

Note: If event is full, registration may re-open for more participants if additional boats are confirmed or if there are cancellations. So sign up on the waiting list.
Last day to register or cancel a registration: Wed 9-7

If you need to cancel your registration, please do so ASAP to make room for others to sign up!

Last day for checks to be received: Mon 9-12

Event cost (to cover boat gas & towing): $65 (Members) & $80 (Non-members). (Children under 12, $10 less)
You will be confirmed via email for a spot when payment has been received by the event chair and you have completed the event registration.

Equipment: Please bring your own equipment: (Coast Guard-approved vest, gloves, skies or wakeboards, sunscreen, lunch, water and a towel).

We suggest you bring your own lunch since we will not return to the marinas for lunch (Union Point Restaurant is no longer open).
Lunch is scheduled from about 12:30 - 1:30 P.M.
Note: No alcoholic beverages allowed during the BAWSC day of skiing or wakeboarding.

Event Time & Schedule:
We will meet at 9:00 A.M. and leave the docks by 9:30 A.M at the latest. Please arrive by 9:00 A.M. so we can leave early or at the latest by 9:30 A.M. and you are not left behind.
(You will be assigned to the same boat for the entire day.)

We will continue skiing/boarding until about 4:00 P.M. unless wind or other conditions cause us to leave earlier. We will then head back to the marina to help boat owners with any equipment/boat needs, wipe and clean down the boats, and depart for the day.
