World's Top Skiers Coming to Calif Pro-Am Tournament in Elk Grove - July 18 thru 20
Join us in Elk Grove, Ca. on the weekend of July 18 for the 2025, (23th annual) California Pro Am Slalom Ski & Jump Tournament. Bringing most of the World's best Pro and Amateur skiers and Jumpers from around the globe to the largest Pro water ski event in the Western U.S., at the pristine waters of Short Line Ski Lake, located one mile East of Highway 99, in Elk Grove, Calif.
Bring your family & friends (FREE!) to watch, mingle and be inspired by the sport’s top athletes like Nate Smith, Regina Jaques, Will Asher, Whitney McClintock (Rini), Terry Winter, Karen Truelove, Thomas DeGasperi, Freddie Kruger, Corey Vaughn, Greg Badal, Manon Costard, Darrell Smith, Jennifer Leachman/LaPoint and many other renowned pro skiers plus 35 amateurs as they ski head-to-head for cash awards and world records.
Friday 7/18 - Action begins with the Men's and Women's Amateur preliminary competition at 8:00 AM followed by two additional rounds including the finals.
Saturday 7/19 - Starts at 8:00 AM with Open Women Pros and Open Men Pros (rounds 1 & 2) followed by Women and Men's Jump competition.
Sunday 7/20 - Is kicked off at 8:30 AM with the the exciting Pro Open Women's head-to-head slalom finals and then the Pro Open Men's head-to-head slalom finals followed by the Women's and Men's Jump finals.
Attendance and parking is free for all spectators. No dogs or animals please!
Share the excitement with many of your fellow BAWSC members who plan to attend the finals on Sunday July 20 beginning at 8:30 AM. Wear your BAWSC logo clothing.
Bring your lawn chairs, hats, cameras, autograph pens, sun lotion, food/picnic baskets, drinks and coolers. (food is available for purchase on site)

From Hwy 580 head East onto Hwy 205. Then take Hwy 120 to Hwy 99 North to Elk Grove. Take the Sheldon Road turnoff East for one mile, looking for a right hand turn on the private driveway and gated Shortline Lane. Gate code *1234. Follow the signs to free parking midway down on the West side of the lake. Then check out the BAWSC canopy.
