          Sorry for the late notice but this attachment is a revision of a policy that we voted on 2 months ago but I was asked to do.   Please read if possible before our meeting tonight.   The only thing that changed from when it was first submitted is the last paragraph.    No problem if you don't have time as I will present it in it's revised form and we can deal with it.   Thanks,    Karl
